Sleep

Perhaps you strained yourself at work, or in school.
Or you simply are lonely and you are leading an unhappy life.
Eat better, do more exercises.
Get a hobby.
Find the right life partner.
And if you simply have to do it, please be moderate.
Try getting out of it.
The don't do it anymore.

There more fun in many other things.
There more to your nights than these.

Please bring those senses back...
